Startup Errors

Check the first error in the server console and in the client console opened with F8. Use the resource name in that error to identify which installation needs attention.

Resource interact does not support actual game rdr3

Follow the GTA and Red Dead FAQ. Confirm the loaded manifest declares rdr3 and that you installed the complete official Murphy Interact download.

Missing ox_lib or @ox_lib/init.lua

Confirm that ox_lib/init.lua exists directly inside the ox_lib resource folder. Start ox_lib before murphy_interact and resolve any earlier library startup error. Use a complete packaged release as described in Installation.

No such export AddInteraction in resource murphy_interact

Check that the resource folder is named exactly murphy_interact and that it starts successfully before the resource reporting the error. Resolve any earlier Interact error, then restart the dependent resource.

An error mentions the bundled default example

Ensure this line appears before ensure murphy_interact in server.cfg:

setr interact_disabledefault true

Restart the server so the setting is applied before Interact starts.

Textures do not load

Check that the complete stream folder is installed and that Style matches an included dictionary name. Restore the supplied texture settings if they were changed. See Configuration and styles.

Contact support

If the error continues, provide your Murphy Interact version, the exact first error, your startup order and the full Interact manifest. Include the loaded resource path if the issue concerns game compatibility. This helps support check your installation directly.
