Confirmed support and release cases

VORP storage throws a missing openInventory error

The reported error is VORPAdapter.lua:127: attempt to call a nil value (field 'openInventory'). Housing 1.38.1 replaces the obsolete inventory API path with direct VORP inventory exports. Update the affected adapter and manifest using the release instructions. This case does not require an invented storage configuration or a database reset.

Re-test one property with disposable contents. The same release applies the configured VORP capacity as slots; see Access and Storage.

GOLD properties charge Dollar or change back to Dollar after editing

Housing 1.36.0 fixes currency persistence in VIP creation and management. On RSG, it also adds Config.CurrencyAccounts to select an existing money account such as bloodmoney. Older properties already stored as Dollar require individual review in the management menu. See Ownership and Currency.

The building in the trailer is missing

The script and its mapping are separate. Support confirms that the trailer uses mappings available separately, including the Snail collaboration. Install the required mapping and use its intended template points. Do not substitute guessed coordinates for missing assets.

Configuration checks requiring a reproduction

The property menu does not open

Check the resource folder, complete ui/build/ files, framework detection, oxmysql and murphy_interact startup. For admin menus, verify Config.AdminGroups and configured command names. Separate missing permissions from missing interaction or interface files.

A key opens the door but not storage

That can be intended. Physical keys grant door access, while storage is controlled by ownership and guest permissions. Review Access and Storage before treating it as an inventory bug.

Decoration is unavailable in an MLO

The inspected implementation restricts Housing decoration to instances. Use the MLO guide for the supported property workflow and verify whether the current release changes that limit.

The furniture list does not show every model

Check category filters, exclusions and catalogue display limits. The placed-prop cap is a different setting. Do not label this a confirmed support bug without a specific model and reproduction.

Taxes suddenly start evicting old owners after an update

Read the 1.36.0 transition in Taxes and Updates. The release corrected a previously broken eviction check. Plan the grace period before applying it to existing overdue records; do not delete ownership history to make warnings disappear.

What to include in a ticket

Provide the installed release, framework and inventory version, instance/MLO type, exact failing step, relevant non-secret configuration and first server/F8 error. State whether the test uses an owner, guest, key holder or visitor. Keep real player data and private webhook URLs out of public attachments.
