Do I pass a player ID to /inviteguest?

The inspected configurable command targets the nearest other player. Use the configured command name and the proximity conditions in the command guide. Read the guide.

Does the Lost Objects fix recover items already deleted?

The public 2.12.1 notes describe fixing recovery when a camp depletes. They do not establish recovery of data already deleted by an older release. Read the guide.

Where are fuel and placement settings described?

Use the configuration guide and keep the item names aligned with your installed inventory. Its example values are not a reason to replace your full configuration. Read the guide.
