AI usage
Monitor standard and advanced AI allowance for the current plan.
AI Usage shows how much standard and advanced assistance the server has consumed during the current allowance period.

Read the allowance in the context of real workflows
The page separates standard and advanced usage where applicable. The current plan controls which model tier is available and the included allowance.
Progress indicators show the consumed share. A locked advanced area means the current plan does not include that capability.
Most usage comes from enabled AI support and configured knowledge workflows. A sudden increase should be compared with ticket volume, automated response settings, and recent configuration changes.
Improve efficiency
Keep knowledge concise and relevant, avoid sending unnecessary context, and escalate cases that need a human decision. Better source content often reduces repeated or low-confidence responses.
Open Subscription when the team needs more capability or allowance, but review workflow quality before upgrading solely to cover avoidable usage.
