Plans and feature access
Understand Starter, Plus, Pro, and Max without relying on stale prices.
Murphy’s Platform has four plan families: Starter, Plus, Pro, and Max. The Subscription page in your workspace is the source of truth for current prices, billing cycles, and the exact comparison table.
Compare feature access and staff access
| Area | Starter | Plus | Pro | Max |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core management, tickets, whitelist, announcements | Included | Included | Included | Included |
| Staff seats | 5 | 20 | 50 | Unlimited |
| Tracking, logs, and analytics | Limited | Included | Included | Included |
| Live map and monitoring | Not included | Included | Included | Included |
| Player trails and disconnect history | Not included | Not included | Included | Included |
| AI assistant | Not included | Standard | Advanced | Advanced with higher allowance |
| Tebex and public site | Not included | Not included | Included | Included |
| Public API and webhooks | Not included | Not included | Included | Included |
| Included in-game script bundle | Not included | Not included | Not included | Included |
The comparison may evolve. Always confirm the live table before making a purchasing decision. A plan determines whether the server can use a feature; a staff role separately determines whether a specific person can view, respond to, manage, or fully configure it.
For example, a Pro workspace can include API access, while a moderator without developer permissions still does not see or manage API keys.
Manage the subscription
Only the server owner can change the plan. Other staff can view a read-only summary if their permissions allow access to Settings.
Open Settings > Subscription to review the current plan, status, renewal information, included features, and available plan changes.
